BOYCUT Closing Down

'Bout darn time!

Ok so I figured it was about time I started posting again. Both lives, SL and RL, have been.. odd in recent times. What started out as -fairly- innocent flirting back at the start of the year has now turned into me moving from Australia to the UK to be with Snippy xD. I almost had a stroke when I got on the plane.. but it has been more than worth the risk. Can't even describe how much I love him. But, due to moving, not having my own computer for a couple of months and god knows what other distractions, my SL productiveness slowed to near zero.

Me and Finn decided that running The Wharf just wasn't in our hearts anymore. We loved the place and the people, but it was time for us to move on. So we handed over the keys to Dehrynn and he's transformed it into Starfall and I hear its going well. So yay!

After a long break and complete do-over, BOYCUT is back with awesomely cute undies. I'm still not sure of the branding and stuff like that. Snippy has been hard (>.>) at work on his new stuff.. He's made some awesome pants and tshirts and the like.. all with purdy scultpies. His store is called Anarchy and the mainstore will be opening on the Ducknipple sim soooooon.. or I'll slap him! >:D

Okay.. this is reaaaally annoying... every now and again SL decides my face needs to look like that of a white sumo wrestler. I don't get it! This has happened before.. and it goes away on its own eventually.. but of course I'd prefer it didn't happen at all, especially when I'm trying to take snapshots. D:

I've tried changing shapes then changing back, rebaking, editing appearance, relogging, clearing cache and relogging.. none of it works, I just have to wait it out. I don't know if I'm the only one that sees me this way.. I should find out.

But.. GAH!

So what's news..

Wow.. I'm so slack with blogging. I seem to go through little spurts where I have 10,000 things I wanna blog about.. then, times like this, where I just can't be arsed. But anyway.

So.. Feed Your Head opened.. our Alice in Wonderland themed shopping sims aaaaand they're almost full! It's been awesome.. and we owe a huge ass thank you to Melatonin Hax. The party to open the sims was... interesting. OMGWTF Barbecue provided the first 2 hours of tunes and they were awesome ( you really gotta check out her store, This is a Fawn). We had almost 50 people on the sim at one point. After her set, myvegancookbook Bollisma took over... and then things got wierd. Naked wierd. Naked female wierd. Naked guy with a massive peen wierd. But still, it went splendidly.

Hmm.. other news.. Oh right, we're moving The Wharf. Well, we HAVE moved The Wharf. Many reasons behind this.. the biggest being that it didn't generate enough income to justify having a whole sim dedicated to it. The new location is smaller, cosy one could say. And nothing will change except the location and the wasted space. Still the same awesome people and DJs. The stores have all been invited to move to FYH, hopefully they all take up the offer. In other SRG news.. we're gonna steer clear of residential rentals in the future. Pain. In. The. Ass. I'm not even gonna start. I also moved the boycut mainstore from The Wharf to FYH.
